A Sourdough Microbakery based in Tucson, Arizona.

Carbs & Coffee Co. was born from a lifelong dream of running a cute and quaint coffee shop like all the ones Sarah, Baker and Owner, has read about in her books. Think: whimsy, smells of baked breads, pastries, and top of the line, freshly brewed coffees.

But in order to bring her own version of that to life, she decided she must learn to bake. And so, naturally, she began to tackle the most delicious bakes she could bake... flaky, buttery, sourdough croissants, classic boules, baguettes, and her signature: fairy garden focaccias.

Since 2021, Carbs & Coffee Co.'s home-bakery grew and grew. Hundreds of bakes were lovingly prepped and created each week in Tucson, AZ.

Sarah's favorite part of the bakery, though? Meeting and connecting with all the Carb Lovers out there---the connection and community are truly what drives the passion behind the business.

Recently, the Carbs & Coffee Co. family has moved back to their roots---Cincinnati, OH.

While the kitchen is currently closed, Sarah still intends for Carbs & Coffee Co. to be a space centered around connection. A place where "cafe" meets "conversation"---even if that is temporarily online.

And joy... joy is always the #1 goal.
