A Sourdough Microbakery based in Tucson, Arizona.
Sarah, Baker and Owner, dreams of having a cafe someday where she can share both of her loves with the community: carbs and coffee. But, for now, she bakes entirely from her home, selling baked goods exclusively at markets and events around Tucson.

From croissants to focaccia, and everything in between, each bake has one thing in common: sourdough.
​
While there is never a set menu for upcoming bakes, Carbs & Coffee Co. is sure to bring adventure to your palette. Excited inquiries of "what's new today?" are often uttered by regular carb-loving customers.

With a focus on local and organic ingredients, it is indulgence that you can feel good about. Every single dough is made up of high quality ingredients, alongside my trusty Sourdough Starter: Professor Dumbledough.

Our goal: high quality & flavorful bakes for the caffeine-aided Carb Lover.
